Earthize Ltd provides its websites & apps on a temporary basis and reserves the right to supsend or terminate the service at any time without prior warning.

Access to Earthize Ltd’s service is subject to making reasonable and proportionate use of the service.

3. Disclaimers and limitations of liability

The advice given in our articles is purely editorial in nature, and like any review or article in a newspaper or blog should be viewed as opinion-based reporting and not as professional legal or financial advice. You agree to use Earthize services at your own risk and take responsibility for your own actions, and you agree to hold Earthize Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities or costs arising from your use of the service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Earthize Ltd’s website and apps and the text content of reviews are all the intellectual property of Earthize Ltd and should not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Earthize Ltd does not claim any ownership over third party content such as product images or company logos used in articles for journalistic purposes.

5. Geography and Jurisdiction

Earthize Ltd is based in the UK and as such provides services in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We make no claims that the content provided here be accessible or legal outside of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising over these terms of service or use of our websites and apps shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

6. Ordering Online from the Earthize Store

When making an order, customers will pay the amount specified on the order before earthize completes the order and sends the goods and/or services. Payments can be via debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Full details are available at the checkout.
Delivery options are shown as part of the checkout process.
Customers may email contact@earthize.org to correct the details of an order until such time as the order has been completed and dispatched. Include the email used to make the order, or the order number itself, in all correspondence.
Refunds can be requested at any time within 14 days of order confirmation. Items must be returned by the customer in their original condition. Email contact@earthize.org with your order details for more information.
The earthize store is only available in English. We take no responsibility for translations by third parties.
You can download and print these terms and conditions from the “share” or “settings” section of your web browser.
Downloaded and streamed content does not include the standard 14 day right to cancel afforded to other online purchases.
Download-based content will be downloaded instantly to the device from which you are purchasing, and can be accessed later from the link in your confirmation email.
